\n\nShe has since been compensated by delivery company J&T Express.
\n\nA police report has also been filed.
\n\nThe resident told Mothership that she had ordered items from Shein for her daughter's overseas school trip and was expecting her parcel on Oct. 29.
\n\n"When the delivery personnel came to my home, I was informed that my parcel had allegedly been stolen, together with several other parcels," she said.
\n\nThe delivery personnel then offered her compensation.
\n\nThe following day, a neighbour shared CCTV footage in the neighbourhood's WhatsApp group.
\n\nOther residents also allegedly had their parcels stolen.
\n\nThe footage, captured on Oct. 29, showed a man pushing a trolley filled with parcels towards a unit.
