\n\nWell-loved Singaporean rapper, actor, and businessman Sheikh Haikel has revealed he has stage 4 colon cancer and has been battling it for over a year.
\n\nCNA reported that he kept the diagnosis secret over the past year, only going public with his condition on Sep. 4.
\n\nHe said that while his family did not want to announce it and make others worry, the cancer had "spread aggressively" to his liver and he now felt it was appropriate for people to know.
\n\nSheikh also talked about his condition in an emotional video he posted on Instagram.
\n\nHe gave thanks to his wife, family, and supporters. He wrote in the caption, "If I meet you and we say hi, let me give you the FINAL APPLAUSE to say thank you".

\n\nHe ended off his video saying he was going to give it his "best shot", emphasising that he isn't going "nowhere anytime soon".
